What will you remember from the 2024 Crozon Foil Festival?

Last year, I really loved the atmosphere in Crozon. The spot is magical, with varied and challenging conditions. What struck me the most was also the passionate community that has formed around foiling. It was a great opportunity to meet other riders, exchange ideas, and share our passion. For me, it remains an incredible memory.

You were recently in Brazil for Molokabra. How was that experience?

Yes, exactly, I was lucky to participate in Molokabra. The event was intense, with a very high level and sometimes extreme conditions. I managed to perform well and I left there with a lot of confidence. It’s a valuable experience that gives me even more motivation for the rest of the season.

In a few weeks, you’ll be in Brittany. How do you approach the contrast with the tropics?

It’s true that the change between Brazil and Brittany is significant. But I love this contrast—it’s part of a rider’s life. I adapt quickly, whether it’s cold water, wind, or waves. And Brittany has a unique energy. Even though the temperatures are cooler, the atmosphere and the spot give incredible motivation.

You practice several foil disciplines. Which one remains your favorite?

It’s always hard to choose because I really enjoy all the disciplines. Downwind foiling is still special for me. There’s this connection with the ocean, this pure gliding sensation that is unique. But I also enjoy switching between wingfoil and surf foil. Alternating disciplines helps me progress differently and keeps the fun in every session.

What are your goals for the 2025 Crozon Foil Festival?

Above all, I want to have fun and share this experience with other riders and the public. But of course, I’m also here to give my best on the water. My goal is to continue improving, show a strong level of riding, and, why not, land on the podium.
